5 positive HPTs but negative urine test at Doctors office

Hi, my period is a week late and have been feeling crampy in my lower ab area, but they dont really feel like period cramps. I took 2 HPTs, they were both positive. Then I went to the Doctors office and did a urine test, it came back negative. So after i left the Docs office, i went and bought another pregnancy test, this time a different brand, it was positive. 2 days after that I did a Clearblue test and it was positive. A couple days after that, I did another Clearblue test and it came back positive also. I'm so confused. What could be some reasons for the negative test at the doctors office?? Could it possibly be that my pee was diluted? because before i went to the doctors office i drank a lot of water and peed a couple times. then i drank a bottle of water before i went into the clinic thinking it would help me pee. (mind you, i was 2 days late when i went to the clinic). Anyways i hope to hear some answers soon. I am going back to the doctor soon, but am so anxious to find out possibly why i got a negative urine test at the clinic. Thanks =)

Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Positive test indicates possible pregnancy.Urine testing kits are callibrated ones and give results when a certain amount of hormone level is reached and diluted urine can alter the result. It might be possible that the test was negative due to that itself.
Get a Blood hcg test done at the clinic and it would give confirmatory results.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.

Take care!
