I am a married 80years old and have an addiction to porn, man to man. 12 years ago i became a diabetic and sex went down hill. Met a guy in the urologist office and he introduced me to this new lifestyle. When watching porn it helped some but after my first contact with another male me erection came to life. After 3 o4 episode I really started to performing oral. Many times I have had quilt feeling after and could stop by 4 to 5 months. Then I would start again, hen lay off for months.I have tried masturbate which take concerted effort. I have very little discharge by the feeling is very much there. My wife and I only have oral sex about once a month since she has always enjoyed it.Recently she had said she misses the big discharge. I can truthfully say I would like to go back to normal. Just wife and I. I mainly have sex with other married men gives me a more secure feelings. Is it possible I can change

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.

There was a therapy introduced called ‘psychodynamic therapy’ for the condition you have mentioned which helps gay men to go back to being straight again. For that you need to make an appointment with a psychiatrist as soon as possible for a talk therapy or whatever he thinks is best for you.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
