Welcome to ehealthforum.
Was a repeat scan done while you were on the medication to look for ovulation? If not, then I would suggest a repeat work-up (scan and blood tests)to see if you are ovulating now or not, and whether the polycystic changes are still present in the ovary.
Discuss about your plan of pregnancy with an Infertility specialist/gynecologist, and go ahead with the work-up and treatment based on the results of your investigations.
In case you are still having the polycystic changes, then your medication will be continued, and to conceive you will be helped by inducing ovulation (egg release).
All the best.
