Placentophagy (consumption of placenta after childbirth) study

Hi, my name is Claire and I am a medical student helping to conduct research to better understand the attitudes and beliefs of pregnant and postpartum women in North America surrounding placentophagy (the consumption of the placenta after childbirth). The details are as follows:

Attention pregnant women and women who have given birth in the past 12 months!
We are conducting a research study to understand the attitudes, beliefs, and ideas of pregnant women in North America (Canada and the USA) surrounding eating placenta after childbirth. Participation in this study would involve completion of a short online survey (will take ~10-15 minutes) and an invitation to participate in an online focus group run through Google Groups (which will be run over a 1-2 week period).
If you are interested in learning more, please send us an email to: [email protected]

Please follow the link below to the survey if you are interested in participating in the online survey and have no further questions. After completing the survey, if you are interested in participating in or receiving more information about the online focus group please contact us at: [email protected].
