I'm 13 week pregnant..I took scan today.. placenta is posterior,grade 0 reaching the internal os.but not covering it.cervix is normal,inter is is closed.is there any pblm in my pregnancy

Welcome to this forum.
In initial period of pregnancy, placenta present in lower segment and then in majority, ascends upwards. That is the rule. So, you need not be worried from now. Just wait and go for a repeat scan after 3 months for final location of placenta. In majority, the placenta ascends up except in few cases.
