Hi there! I have been experiencing pin like stabbing feelings in the left side of my head around the temple area. It is not excruciating like some people report but rather more annoying. It has been three days now and even when I smile or frown i can feel it. It almost feels numb in the left temple area where the pin like feeling is. I am starting to get concerned. Any ideas about what it could be?

In most cases the main migraine symptom is a moderate to severe headache. Chemical sensitivity can also be the reason for headache. Sensitivity to food occurs when the naturally occurring chemical composition of the food eaten has a direct effect on the brain or body.
