User Profile
I went 2 years with no periods then started 2 months ago and haven't stopped since. Varies from light to heavy. Have had several accidents where I bled thru all my clothes. Sometimes contains pieces that look like liver. Past week very sore abdomen and lower back and very tired. My legs are achey just above my knees and the tops of my thighs. Having horrible cramping in my feet. Today have fever of 100.2.

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the exact cause for the altered and heavy periods after long gap that you describe without careful evaluation. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation (physical examination, blood and hormonal work-up, ultrasound scan) to look for the underlying cause. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you stop the abnormal bleeding and regulate your periods. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
