Hi Paul, I'm glad you have found a solution that works for you.

Many will balk at the idea of adding extra acid to an acid stomach. Pickle juice is, after all, just acetic acid (vinegar) and salt (and maybe sugar). (Albeit pickle juice is far less concentrated than stomach acid.)

However, some people do find that imbibing a small amount of acid before a meal may fool the stomach into expecting an acidic meal so producing less acid of its own.
Many use apple cider vinegar for the same purpose.

But this may not work for everyone. We are all different and need to discover our own triggers and solutions.

ok...thank you for the solution..i too was confused that how could something acidic like pickle solve acid reflux issue.
