Hello, and thanks for your medical question on eHealthForum.

Based on the history and the constellation of symptoms, it seems that you may be having pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) with symptoms of cystitis as well. Pelvic inflammatory disease can result in complications such as fibrosis and reduced bowel movements which can cause your symptoms of constipation, and other gastrointestinal symptoms.

Other medical conditions that can present with pelvic pain, heavy menstrual bleeding with clots could be endometriosis and uterine fibroids.

Evaluation of your condition and proper diagnosis would need tests including a pelvic ultrasound. Further interventions can be determined with the results of the ultrasound.

You might consider a consultation with your gynecologist who after a physical examination will guide you for proper evaluation and treatment plan, and also rule out any other causes if present.

The symptoms of headache, cough, body pain, lymphadenopathy indicate the presence of coexisting upper respiratory tract infection which need to be evaluated as well.
You may take some OTC anti-cold and pain medications to releive your symptoms while you seek medical opinion.

I hope this helps.
