phimosis as well as paraphimosis,

Hello sir
I think i have phimosis as well as paraphimosis,My foreskin opening is small that unable to pass penis head without pain. when i try to pass my penis head trough it causes pain.when my penis is normal my foreskin passes penis head with little pain but when penis erect my foreskin can't able to pass penis head ans causes pain.
if foreskin passes head of my penis if feels very tight and penis head becomes blue colour like blood supply cut and can't able to my penis head.

Please give me advise to cure my problem without any surgery method.
Can i try Clobetasol Propionate (0,05%) cream. to cure my phimosis problem.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Circumcision is the procedure of choice in such cases. How ever as you prefer on surgical measures, you should know these methods have higher relapsing rates. Osmotic methods, manual reductions, hyaluronidases, vertical incisions are some of the alternatives.
