Welcome to ehealthforum.
Change in bleeding pattern or bleeding duration could be due to hormonal changes, PID (pelvic inflammatory disease), genital warts, gonorrhea, Chlamydia infection, menopause, vulvovaginitis etc. If the symptoms have definitely started after childbirth then, possibilities of adenomyosis, endometriosis, ovarian cysts etc. The exact cause can only be made out after careful examination and investigations. Visit your gynecologist for thorough evaluation at the earliest.
Take care.
