Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Slight changes in the menstrual cycle are common and can be due to various reasons as hormonal fluctuations, stress, anxiety. You should plan intercourse during ovulation days which is the best time for conception.Ovulation usually occurs between 9 to 16 days in a regular 28 to 30 day cycle.Have regular intercourse during those days.Avoid getting up immediately after the act.

If even aftre few months you are unsuccessful then consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation and investigations as USG scan,Hormonal analysis and also your partners sperm count analysis would be required.Have healthy balanced diet and avoid stress.

Take care!
