Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for your absent periods without examining you and going through your investigation results. Consider visiting your gynecologist/obstetrician for thorough examination, hormonal & blood work-up and ultrasound scan to look for the underlying cause. Get started on appropriate treatment for regulation of your periods (as indicated by examination and investigation results). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
