Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Wait and watch the period pattern to see if they are regular. Observe for 2-3 menstrual cycles. Get an ultrasound scan done of pelvis to see if the PCOS changes in ovary are gone. If they are still present, then you need to consider getting started on treatment with insulin modifiers for reversing PCOS. To help with getting pregnant, ovulation inducers should be started to help in release of eggs from ovary. This combined with a serial follicular scan will help in predicting ovulation or egg release from ovary and help you to time intercourse to have fruitful results.
Discuss about these options with your gynecologist (not regular doctor).
Take care.
