i am 20 years old and i am on the implanon i want to know if its normal to have my period like every 2 weekes or every 1 wk in a half??

Hi,

Midcycle bleeding/spotting is common side effect of hormonal contraceptive use. You should consider visiting your gynecologist for hormonal and blood work-up done to look for the underlying cause. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated. If the bleeding/spotting does not stop, then you might need to get off the Implanon and get started on alternate suitable birth control measure.
