I started on birth control 4 days before Feb 1st but from Feb 1st to the 20th I was having sex but that whole time my period kept coming and going. I would have it for days and it would stop for a day or a few hours and start back up, I did miss a few pills. I don't think the pills agreed with me because my normal period is 3-4 days and since taking the pills it just kept coming and going.

Any possible chance I am pregnant and if so would a pregnancy test show a positive already?

Hi, and thanks for your query on eHealth forum!

If your periods kept coming and going while on pills, then in app probability you had withdrawal bleeds due to missing pills. This way you can become pregnant. The only way you can test for pregnancy is by waiting until your next due date of periods and testing if you miss your periods. You can expect some delay in periods due to the action of pills. Hope this helps. Take care!
