I am a 21 year old female. A few days ago I started having a lot of itching around my anus, no pain. Then about a day later, I started having a lot of pain in the area between my vagina and anus. It's impossible to wipe because it hurts so badly. It's difficult to walk and sit. The irritation keeps me up at night. A while back I did notice a small polyp on the outside of my anus, it's been there for awhile and has never caused any problems. I have a doctors appointment with a new physician to get everything checked out, but it's not for a few weeks. I don't know what to do about the pain right now or what it could possibly be. Just noticed what looked like tears right behind the vagina as well as possibly a small lump under the skin. (It's hard to know what it looked like before all this started) No history of stds or yeast infections - actually just got a full std blood test as well as a urinalysis (was experiencing uti symptoms) about 2 months ago that both came back clean. I am sexually active with a single partner. Should I go see a doctor more immediately? Are these issues even related? Is there anything I can do for the pain/itchiness in the meantime? Also, if it's related, I had a strange skin rash on my chin and around my pubic area. Just small red bumps, no pain, no pus. A dermatologist said it was not indicative of genital herpes (also the std panel did not test positive for herpes). The same rash has appeared twice, about a month apart. Started with a small bump on my lower abdomen, spread to my chin and then went down to my inner thighs. It went away in about a week and then almost exactly one month later I got the same rash on my chin again. Little pink pimples, but not filled with pus or any scabbing. In a few days I had another mark on my cheek and one of my inner thigh. They didn't hurt or itch. The doctor thought it might be nasal staph and gave me Bactroban cream to put on the inside of my nose and did a culture, which came back negative. He also gave me an oral antibiotic to take in case of another appearance of a particularly nasty looking bump (like the first one) but I haven't seen any yet. The reason for this story is for me to ask if it's possible that I still have some sort of infection and should I take the antibiotic he gave me now anyway before seeing a doctor? I just want to be able to walk and sit and use the bathroom again without pain!

Update: a couple tiny red bumps appeared around anus, very painful bowel movement, again impossible to wipe from the pain. I put Vaseline on the perineum, and dried the area thoroughly. Would anyone advise to put Neosporin on the cuts? Or advise strongly against it? I'm afraid that if this is just tears from intercourse that they could become infected and I don't have a doctors appointment until March. Or that it could be something else. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated
