Perimenopause symptoms ?

I have been experiencing perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes night sweats, irregualr periods 3 last year and 1 so far this year.I can't stay asleep.I have mood swings. I had blood work done my fsh 6.23 estrogen 73 and progesterone 0.3 . Does this mean I am not in perimenopause ?

Hello,
So low FSH means you still not in perimenopausal group.These symptoms can be due to other reasons like stress, anxiety,thyroid disorders or even other hormonal imbalances. You need a consultation.Even you might be beneficial by hormone replacement despite low FSH and if no other cause can be sought out as a cause.
