Welcome to ehealthforum.
If the woman is in her fertile period (time of egg release from ovary) then chances of pregnancy can be still be present since some sperms can be left behind in the ejaculatory duct of the man after ejaculation. When the man is again sexually aroused after ejaculation, these sperms get mixed with lubrication fluid and get released into the vagina along with the pre-cum (lubrication fluid). So if the egg is present in the female at this time, fertilization can occur resulting in pregnancy.
Take care.
