Hello, I'm having issues with my poop. This is a little embarrassing, but it's been going on for years. I'll be twenty in a year, so I'm not at an age where medical problems are as perpetual as the sun rising each day. But I've been suffering with really pebbly poop. It's sometimes easy to pass, sometimes not. But it seems to get worse when I drink more water. I'm not overly sedentary, nor do I eat all the junk youths eat these days. Is it a problem with fiber? Is it an underlying sign of something? I'd really appreciate some help.
