I was recently diagnosed with PCOS and factor five Leiden . I am currently on 1500 mg of metformin and 40 mg of lovenox. My husband and I tried to conceive last month but didn't get pregnant. Do you know what else I can do to increase my chances of getting pregnant and having a healthy baby?

You need to know whether you are ovulating regularly. If you have a regular cycle, this implies, you are having an ovulation.Confirm it.Otherwise achieve it and try to meet from day 10 to day 16 of cycle.
