I have polycystic ovary cyst syndrome and I'm a diabetic my fertility doctor did all my testing and everything turned out fine but she won't continue with fertility treatment until my A1 C and below seven Should I find another doctor or is this normal

I read your question and i understand your concern.
She is right. You might have problem in conceiving at this high HBA1c level.Even if you get a pregnancy, there is a high risk of congenital anomaly of the growing fetus. So, your aim should be to control the diabetes so that the value comes down below 5.6 to 6 at-least. I do not opine for a second consultation for you.
