my brother have lower back pain . mri of lumbar was done. mri shows partial disccation change at L4-L5 level.

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum

Partial desiccation of the disc between L4-5 can cause low back ache due to associated degenerative changes and the disc pressing on the spinal nerve.

The treatment is often surgery. Please consult a neurosurgeon regarding this. Hope this helps. Take care!
