Parental Perceptions of ADHD (Dissertation Survey. PLEASE HELP!)

My name is Rob and I am a 4th year Psy.D. student at California School of Professional Psychology at Alliant International University, Los Angeles.

I am currently collecting data for my dissertation and could use YOUR help!

Are you the parent or guardian of an Adolescent (Age 13-18 ) who has been diagnosed with Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)? I am conducting a study examining parental perceptions of treatment options for adolescents with ADHD.

Participation will include:
*15-20 minute Questionnaire
*Some basic (non-identifying) demographic information
*Surveys on your perceptions of, and attitudes toward, exercise, as well as on your experiences with ADHD treatments for your adolescent
*Participation in this study will be completely anonymous.

Upon completion of the questionnaire you can enter to win one of three $50 VISA Gift Cards (optional).

Take the Questionnaire by clicking HERE: /SE/?SID=SV_cuok3C2FHgtoT8V

Note for everyone: Fortunately, if you do not have time to finish when you begin, you can exit the survey and return when you have more time.

The survey has a save/continue function that saves progress each time you hit the “next” button. So if you click the link to the survey again and open it in the same browser as before (if you have cookies enabled) you should be taken back to where you left off.

Your participation not only helps out an overworked grad student, but also contributes to the growing body of research on parenting adolescents with ADHD!

Thank you in advance for your time, I appreciate it more than you know!
