panic attack combined with flu and high temperature

i would like to know are flu and high temperature dangerous if you have Panic attack?
I heard that running could be extremely dangerous if you have flu and high temperture. When person has panic attack it's almost the same thing happening to his body like when he runs, heart is beating really fast, muscles are shaking etc.
So if running is dangerous,is panic attack with flu dangerous too?
(just in case of missunderstanding,i WILL not run when i'm sick,i'm just asking is there any dangerous to have high temperature and panic attack at the same time)
please answer, this is extremely important to me
thanks in advance

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i understand your concern. Its normal to have panic attacks. Just take some anxiolytics and rest for a while and hope for the best. You can exercise and run. Heart pumping increases during exercise and that is normal for health. Dont worry for that.

Take care
