Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i understand your concern.Weight loss due to pancreatic cancer is common. Now weight gain as a risk factor for pancreatic cancer is not proved however weight gain is associated with recurrent pancreatitis. Let your physician have your concerns relieved.
