Palpable breast lump

I was wondering if a stromal tissue breast lump can change in consistency?

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Any new lump or existing breast lump that changes character should be assessed for malignancy. If the existing breast lump gets bigger or otherwise changes in color, shape or skin changes then a FNAC aspiration must be arranged. This type of biopsy can remove more tissue than can fine-needle aspiration. In equivocal cases, exisional biopsy is preferred.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
