Painless testicle lump

I was wondering my boyfriend has a lump on his testicle?
It doesn't hurt when you touch it. It doesn't affect him in any way?
He has had this for a couple of years now!!
Should he see a doctor can it be cancerous?

Its possible that its cancerous. He should go see a doctor to find out for sure.
