Welcome to ehealthforum,
It is difficult to comment on the cause for the recurrent labial bump/pimple that you describe without examining it. Do not ignore your symptoms. Consider discussing the symptoms with your parent/guardian and go ahead with visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further examination and evaluation to look for the underlying cause. The possibilities include folliculitis, sebaceous cyst, blocked paraurethral gland ducts, infected/blocked Bartholin’s gland duct, etc. The exact cause can only be made out after careful evaluation done by your doctor/gynecologist. Avoid any self manipulation. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and investigations results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Consider being in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. Avoid vaginal douching, avoid use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments and avoid use of tight fitting clothes. Avoid sweat accumulation. Keep area clean and dry.
Take care.
