I have been experiencing pain and some swelling of the hard palate that lies directly behind the top front teeth.

Hi Kodiak1948, Was there ever trauma to your front teeth? There are blood vessels and nerves as well as other elements that come out of the bone right behind your 2 front teeth. You are listing pain and swelling in this area. Your condition warrents an examination by an Oral Surgeon for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible. Dr. Paul Wira
