I have an adrenal gland tumor. I am now having a lot a sharp burning pain on both my right and left back side. The pain radiates deep within, my heart starts to race fast and I start to sweat just a little, I feel sick on the stomach and fatigue especially after each pain esipodes. I\\\'ve been taking aleve for the pain and it helps all day but today it\\\'s not helping very much.

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

You need to consult an endocrine specialist since you have an adrenal gland tumor. The symptoms you get (pain, increased sweating, sick feeling in stomach) can be due to cortisol. You need to get adrenal gland function assessed. Apart from this hyperthyroidism, acidity, gastric reflux and hypoglycemia episodes will have to be ruled out too.

Please discuss this with your doctor and get yourself investigated accordingly. Take care!
