Pain while sitting down in anus

I cannot sit on chair. Especially at my desk at work. I feel a pain coming from my anus. It's hard for me to get up but as soon as I am up. The pain is no more until I sit again. What do u think this is? I'm not passing any blood or anything.

I read your question and I understand your concern.

You may have a disc prolapse causing compression of nerves resulting in your symptoms.
Kindly get your scans done for proper diagnosis
