Wasn't sure what category to use. I have this pain in my neck on right side. Not like a cramp or anything more of sharp pain. Can you help me I . Am 74 year old female.

I read your question and i understand your concern. It could be age related arthralgia causing neck pain. Treatment should be supportive with NSAIDs, muscle relaxants and warm compresses with some exercises for supportive care.
