I'm having aching pain on my lips it happen's randomly every day it feel's like I have a sore or something but a sore never show's up I went to the doctor for it he told me it was a canker sore but I see no sore I don't see anything

Based on your description it appears to be Aphthous stomatitis. Vitamin B12 and folic acid supplementation can be advised in mild cases. In more severe cases doxycycline can also be added in consultation with your doctor
