I have a paim on the left side that feels sort of like cramps and I am not on my cycle. However I have alot of gas also. Sometimes when I press in the area in hurts and also if I push my stomach out it hurts but if I pull my stomach in it does not. I am thinking it's just gas. If so what are some things that I need to do? It's more nerve racking then anything.

Thanks for using this forum.......

It seems like you do have gaseous distention...For this you need to take carminatives, reduce weight, eat less fatty food..Beyond that an ultrasound of abdomen will help in making a diagnosis...

take care...
