Welcome to e health forum.

The possible symptoms that are common in pregnancy include - Missed periods, Breast tenderness, Nausea in the early morning, Vaginal discharge from pinkish white to brownish, Spotting, Fatigue and Increased urge to urinate. But confirmation should always be done with a urine pregnancy test.

As of on March 21st, you might be more than 2 weeks late since you have missed your periods, which were probably expected on or around 2nd or 3rd of March.

Hence in case you have not yet checked, you can check for pregnancy with a urine pregnancy test.

For your information, most home pregnancy tests are highly accurate after 1 week after a missed period.

I hope this helps.
