Hi,
Welcome to the forum. I am really glad to help you out. It is extremely difficult to find out the cause of the pain abdomen without actually doing a physical examination.

However, if the pain is in the upper part of the abdomen, there’s a possibility of it being due to gastritis/gall stone colic.

Using some antacids and drugs like omeprazole, pantoprazole should help in relieving the pain. In pregnancy, the upper GI discomfort is quite common.

The lower abdominal pain can possibly be due to a stone in the urinary tract. Confirmation can be done by doing an ultrasound of the abdomen. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
