I am a 23 year old male. I have been experiencing pain in my testicles every time after I ejaculate (nightfall, sex, masturbation). The pain lasts for 3-4 hours and is minimal or non-existent when I am seated. When I am in a standing position or walking etc., I experience pain in both my testicles. This is prevalent ever since I my first time (7 years ago). The pain is negligible in cases where the interval between two ejaculations is long (say after a fortnight). Also, after the refractory period, during second erection, my penis aches as well. The pain in the testicles after ejaculation is reduced in case if I am wearing a brief and not a boxer short.

Could you please explain if this is normal.
