Pain in specific location of head, Brain tumor??

I keep getting this pain at the top left of my head usually at random times for like 2-3 seconds then its gone, some days i wont have it some i will, its like a sharp pain either on the left side of my head or at the top of the left side of my head, sometimes at the right too. Sometimes its triggered by head movement and sometimes its not. Could i potentially have a brain tumor? do brain tumor patients have head pain in specific areas or is it the whole head? this has been going on with me for able a year now. Its also trigged by facial expressions aswell sometimes

You should see a neurologist or headache specialist. It sounds like what is called "ice pick" headaches. These are headaches of short duration, sharp intensity and occur in an isolated area. A neurologist may be able to offer you some pain control and should do some imaging with a CT scan or MRI. Hope this helps.
