Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

A cardiac cause for the shortness of breath and the epigastric pain needs to be determined. An EKG can be done primarily and then chest x ray should be done after chest examination. If the chest x ray and EKG are clear and its associated with GERD/ gastritis symptoms then PPIs and antispasmodics can be advised.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
