Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you are sensitive to change in the chemicals, then changing the soap could be one of the causes for the left armpit symptoms that you describe. There can also be infection, or folliculitis, or lymph node swelling, or swelling of the axillary tail of breast. The exact cause can only be made out after careful examination and evaluation done by your doctor/gynecologist. Treatment as appropriate (based on examination findings and evaluation results) would be started to help you control the symptoms. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately.
Take care.
