pain full lumps under skin come/go in 2 wks, leak liquid

Hi doctor i am 25 yr old male. For the past year i have lumps under the skin back on my neck under the hairline. They come and go away within 2 weeks. They appear and then dissapear within 2 weeks. When they appear they are big n very pain full. Some even leaked white liquid or sometimes blood. They are under the skin so there i cannot see how they look. Then slowly the pain goes away and they go away. Then they re appear after a while. I am very worried please help.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Painful lumps under skin of hairline in neck with white liquid or blood oozing out is either seborrheic dermatitis or a sebaceous cyst. Any how don't pop, poke or pick them. See if it helps. Talk to a dermatologist and let them sort it out.
