pain, fatigue, asthma, migraines, body temp regulation issues

User Profile
I am 27 years old. I woke up at the age of 22 in terrible pain, head to toe. My body aches all the time and I have shooting pain in my arms & hands. I also feel sore & stiff all the time. Also numbness & tingling in my hands & feet. I have fatigue, asthma, migraines, body temp regulation issues, & night blindness. I feel like I got hit by a truck all day. They just say chronic pain. A few months before this all started I was given too many shots of Gardasil in a short amount of time. I also have issues from birth. No one seems to know if any of it is related or what to do. They say my symptoms closely relate to autoimmune diseases but my markers are never high enough.

Welcome to e health forum.

You seem to have a lot of medical issues and some of them appear to be of psychosomatic nature.

Some conditions like Fibromyalgia , costochondritis , chronic pain syndromes could sometimes present in a minority of patients , who have issues like severe anxiety, stress and a low pain threshold.

If you have been seen by your doctor and nothing has been found, then you should relax and wait for a few days.

If the pain is intolerable or annoying and you still are in doubt, you can seek a second opinion and proper testing including X ray , ultrasound or CT , etc.

If all the tests come out to be normal, then it is highly likely that your symptoms are functional, and you do not have major issues.

It would be recommended that you consult with a psychiatrist and seek behavior modification techniques to help manage your functional symptoms and learn to live a productive life.

I hope this helps.
