Pain between anus and penis

2 months i have pain in the area between anus and penis. Everything starts with pain in abdomen after urination (lite pain one hour after urination) and urgent urinating. After that pain go down between anus and penis. I have big problems sitiing and standing but not with lying or fast walking. I was to urologist i do blood tests everything is ok , but i cant live with constant pressure while sitiiting or stending. Please help?

I read your question and i understand your concern. With everything normal. bladder training exercises , relaxation techniques and low doses of tricyclic antidepressants will help.
