My husband is driving everyday for 5hrs. And due to that he has got pain at left hip joint. Pain occures is specific position. I am giving him massage .. Still not effective. Plz suggest anything effective.. Thanks

Unfortunately, sitting for long periods of time can cause hip and knee discomfort. Taking frequent breaks will often help, where the patient actually gets out of the vehicle and walks around for a bit. There are some cushions that often provide significant relief, but it is a trial and error bases to find one that helps.

In gentlemen, sometimes, sitting on their wallets causes problems. If your husband carries his wallet on the left, he may need to remove it.
