I am single and had intercourse with one man on 1/31/16 then I have recorded that I had my period on 2/6/16 however I still worry if I somehow wrote that down by accident even though I'm prob over worrying. I had sex again 2/29/16 with a different man, about six weeks later I was feeling sick and got positive preg test. On April 14 I went to doctor and had ultrasound reading 8 weeks 5 days. That would mean I ovulated around the 27th. How accurate is ultrasound, would it be more than two or three week inaccurate?? Is there any way my intercourse on Jan 31 I could have conceived?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Ultrasound results varies to a range of one week if done within first three months. But,you have cycle after the first exposure which usually rules out the possibility of getting pregnant.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counseling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
