Welcome to this forum.
Multiple cysts in both ovaries could be a result of polycystic ovarian disease. If you have it, you might have absent or scanty cycle along with obesity, growth of facial hairs and other hormonal symptoms. Just meet your doctor or preferably a gynecologist, to opine about this if you have cystic ovaries along with absent cycles.
Hope I can address your query. Please visit your doctor if there is any further confusion as without a clinical examination it is not possible to opine through an online medical forum.
