Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Irregular periods could be due to various underlying causes. If you are planning for pregnancy, avoid use of Orgamed (it can cause potential fetal abnormalities and hence is contraindicated in women who are or may become pregnant). Discuss with your treating doctor/gynecologist about going ahead with complete work-up done to look for the underlying cause for the irregular periods (and inability to conceive). Treatment as appropriate would be started (based on examination findings and investigation results) to help you regulate periods and also get pregnant. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating gynecologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
