I had oral sex with a man, no saliva or semen exchanged. What are my risks?

I appreciate your health concerns.
It is not possible to make exact diagnosis on internet.
As far as STDs are concerned it depends upon the disease status of both partners coupled with the exchange of the body fluids. Transmission rate is higher when one partner has active STD and there is exchange of body fluids. In your case , since exchange of fluids didn't take place so chances are less if your partner hasn't STD.
So meet your doctor atleast once.
