Ongoing dizziness and headaches

I have been dizzy for two months. i had an ekg done and blood work but it all came back normal. I have headaches everyday. Last year i had a pap that came back with abnormal cells and they told me to come back in a year. i lost my health insurnace so i have not been able to yet. could i have cervical cancer or a brain tumor

Thanks for using this forum...

Isolated headaches donot mean anything as 99% these are not pathological..so donot worry..If headaches are very severe you can meet a neurologist for vascular headache prophylaxis drugs..
